Keith Robinson

Keith Robinson has painted since studying at Cardiff University and then at the Royal Academy Schools, where he took an M.A. in Fine Art. His work has been shown at the Royal Academy and in London galleries, and is held in private collections in Britain and abroad.
His most recent body of work grew out of the lockdowns. The paintings take their cue from organic forms in nature and sit somewhere between abstraction and representation, never settling entirely into either.
His influences are widely spread. The painters of the Northern Renaissance, Dürer among them, sit alongside Van Gogh and the German Expressionists.
